for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project #556-24-122 B132 Pool & HVAC Replacement. The primary purpose of this project is to renovate the pool and bring it into compliance with current codes as well as making it Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) complaint. Pool plumbing and associated systems are to be replaced/modernized in accordance with design drawings. Staff and patient locker rooms will be made ABA complaint. Additionally, the pool area is to have the old AHU located on the elevated platform demolished and replaced with new exterior pad mounted AHU. The solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on Contact Opportunities. There will be a pre-bid site walkthrough held on or about August 3rd, 2026, for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the exact date and time of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the
contracting officer that it is a; (1) SDVOSB eligible vendor IAW VAAR Subpart 819.70; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) Certified SDVOSB/VOSB listed in the SBA certification database at Small Business Search (see 13 CFR 128).  The solicitation will be issued on or about July 10th, 2026.
