This is NOT a solicitation or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Product Managers Mission Network and SATCOM are hosting a technology engagement with industry partners regarding innovative solutions for Contingency Hub Nodes including Satellite Antennas and Hub Technology. Purpose of the Event The primary purpose of this event is to conduct market research and foster a collaborative environment between the government and industry. We aim to: •Share our vision and

objectives for the Contingency Hub Node (CHN). •Gather information on the current state of technology and industry capabilities. •Identify potential solutions and innovative approaches. •Understand industry best practices and challenges. •Encourage competition and new entrants into the Federal marketplace. Baseline CHN Characteristics: •2.2M Antenna •4-6 Hub Modems •15 minute setup •GEO: 20Mbps+ WGS, 40 Mbps Com. 500mS; MEO: 80+Mbps (up) 160+ Mbps (down). 125mS •Reprogrammable Spoke Modems •Hub Capable Modems •5-7 Transport Cases (no vehicle required) •1 Modem Case •1 Hub Case How to Participate: 1.Interested parties shall submit a Capability Statement to the Government no later than 1300 EST

03 April 2026 via e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected]. ● 2.Capability Statement must include a maximum of five (5) pages/slides or less: •Company Name •CAGE Code and/or UEI •Full Name and Title of Attendee(s) •Email Address and Phone Number for each attendee •A statement confirming whether your company is a small or large business under NAICS Code 334220. •A summary of the capability that will be demonstrated: •Discuss the capability of the static display. •Antenna Solution (size between 2-3m parabola), RF Quality Specifications (Linear EIRP, G/T, Antenna Size and Transmit and Receive Gain, Receive System Noise Temperature, GEO/MEO/LEO/HEO Constellation Certification), transit cases configuration and size. •Spoke Modem Solutions (qty 4-6); Transit case(s) configuration, size and weight, Waveforms supported for interoperability with Commercial and Government Gateway, reprogram ability. •Hub Modem Solutions (qty 4-6); Transit case(s) configuration and size, Hub Waveforms supported to enable Gateway operations. •Graphical User Interface; Intuitive to assist network access, operations, troubleshooting and maintenance. •Modular Open Standard Architecture - Non-proprietary. Demonstrates integration across antenna, terminal and modem solutions, open application interfaces, Enterprise Management and Control (EMC) and Unified Network Operations The Government will review all Capability Statements received timely and select a limited number of respondents to participate in the Next Generation Hub Node Engagement from 28 –
