This is a formal synopsis requesting SF 330 submissions, FA890326R0011, for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract for Resilient Architect-Engineering Services for the United States and Outlying Areas, issued by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, TX. The Air Force intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a total shared ceiling of 3.4 Billion dollars to support Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization and Military Construction Title I and Title II projects. This solicitation is being issued as an Unrestricted Pool and a Partial Small Business Set-Aside Pool. This notice constitutes the formal request for interested and qualified firms to submit their qualifications via the Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications. All SF330 submissions must be received electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module by

14 April 2026, no later than 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Submissions received after this date and time will be considered late and may not be evaluated. Emailed or hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
