The primary purpose of this project is to renovate the pool and bring it into compliance with current codes as well as making it Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) complaint.
Pool plumbing and associated systems are to be replaced/modernized in accordance with design drawings.
Staff and patient locker rooms will be made ABA complaint.
Additionally, the pool area is to have the old AHU located on the elevated platform demolished and replaced with new exterior pad mounted AHU.
