Requirements: To ensure compliance with Delaware and Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) Phase II regulations, offerors must include the following in their quote package: Low VOC Paint: All proposed primers, paints, and topcoats MUST have a VOC content of less than 50 grams per liter (<50 g/l). SDS/TDS Submission: Offerors must submit the Manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for their proposed paint to verify VOC compliance. Gallon Estimate: Offerors must submit their total estimated paint volume (in gallons) required to complete all four aircraft. (Note: The Government will utilize the apparent awardee’s submitted SDS/TDS and estimated gallon volume to secure final exemption confirmation from the State of Delaware prior to contract award.) ///END AMENDMENT/// Site Visit: Offerors are highly encouraged to attend a site visit to inspect the current condition of the four (4) aircraft and the worksite on the AMC Museum ramp.
