The project involves the replacement of the roof at the San Luis Obispo (SBP) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work, including the removal of the existing roofing system and installation of new components to ensure code compliance.
The work includes removing the existing roofing system, installing a new roof hatch guardrail kit, replacing roof drains and hatch, and relocating grounding counterpoise.
The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and all other services required to replace the roof at ATCT at SBP. Attached drawings are for reference only, Approximate quantities ATCT Cab roof 361 sq. ft. The
scope of work includes but not limited to: • Remove and dispose of existing roofing system from the SBP ATCT cab roof. • Provide and install roof hatch guardrail kit with self closing gate, galvanized finish. to meet code compliance. • Remove and replace all roof drains. • Remove and replace roof hatch • Remove and relocate grounding counterpoise from roof to parapet wall. • Remove debris and trash generated from work and dispose of the debris per local and state
