This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement action as follows: The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia will award a fix firm price for: CRIMINAL DNA LAW SUPPORT.
