Requirements The Government is seeking information for a commercial cloud-based weather intelligence service with API and platform access. The required solution must be capable of delivering the following below, including associated technical support as required: a.) Advanced Forecasting: AI-native global probabilistic atmospheric prediction and regional ensemble modeling. b.)System Integration: Custom vector events designed for direct, seamless data ingest into specified Government systems. c.) Operational Alerting: Automated, threshold-driven environmental alerting. d.) AOR Assessments: Mission- and asset-based environmental assessments tailored for designated overseas Areas of Responsibility (AORs). 3. Submission Instructions Interested and capable vendors are requested to submit a brief Capability Statement demonstrating their ability to meet all

requirements listed in Section 2 and must include: a.) Company Name, CAGE Code, and UEI Number. b.)

Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, and Phone Number). c.) Business Size/Socio-economic Status under NAICS Code 513210. d.) A brief technical description of how your platform meets the strict forecasting, integration, and AOR assessment

requirements listed above.
