Description

The purpose of this RFI is to assess interest in a long-term partnership opportunity to develop, redevelop, or repurpose multiple parcels, including improved property at NSGL. Respondents should be interested in entering into a real estate agreement with DON in exchange for providing IKC. The DON invites Industry responders to complete and submit a response to this RFI detailing proposed redevelopment plans or other ideas/concepts for the subject property no later than 2:00 PM EST on

8 April 2026. The DON intends to use the information gathered from this RFI to evaluate potential uses of the property and determine whether to release a formal Request for Proposals (RFP).
