This requirement is for AFRL Laboratory Demonstration Project. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 541511. The PSC is DA01. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/RIZ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source contract as authorized by RFO 13.101(b) and RFO 6.103-1 to General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. Please see the

attachments to this notice for additional details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
