Questions and Answers (file: "ChBA Phase 1_QA_2026-02-27") along with an updated Phase 1 Announcement (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Announcement_Update_2026-02-27") which replaces the prior version. Additionally, the FAA is providing a revised Attachment 2 (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Attachment 2 - Self-Score Worksheet_Update_2026-02-27") which replaces the prior version along with a new Attachment 4 (file: "ChBA Phase 1_Attachment 4 - Legacy Application Portfolio Current State_2026-02-27"). The due date for Phase 1 responses has been extended. Phase 1 responses are now due March 13, 2026 by 5PM (ET). Initial Announcement, 2/17/26: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing a Challenge Based Acquisition (ChBA) for the Accelerated Transformation of Legacy Applications and Systems (ATLAS).
