FOB Destination, Inspection at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, Warner Robins, GA 31088. The complete technical data package VIBB 23-35-1002 including Furnace, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag(s), Shipping, Rigging, Installation, Removal of Equipment, Bulk Liquid Nitrogen Tank, and concrete pad for bulk liquid Nitrogen Tank will be included as a part of the solicitation. Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
