Project will include the following: Remove approximately 53,000 Square Yards of PCC pavement varying in thickness between 15 inches and 18 inches and replace with approximately 55,200 SY of 18-inch PCC pavement and 9,600 SY of 12-inch PCC. New PCC pavement shall conform to 32 13 14.13 CONCRETE PAVEMENT FOR AIRFIELDS AND OTHER HEAVY-DUTY PAVEMENTS with very stringent fine and coarse aggregate deleterious materials limits unique to military airfield pavement construction, weather severity of severe, enforcement of evaluation and testing for Alkali-Silica Reactivity per UFGS 32 13 14.13
