The Department of Defense is procuring HVAC maintenance services for the UT&C buildings located throughout the McGregor Range in Chaparral, New Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for biannual maintenance, repairs, and electrical work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses under FAR 19.5.

The contractor shall perform all required biannual HVAC system maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and electrical repairs for the UT&C buildings located throughout the McGregor Range in Chaparral, New Mexico, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
