PHNSY & IMF is seeking capability of a qualified contractor for the VA-Class Diesel Engine wire harness replacement (Mfr: Caterpillar model 3512B). Please provide a capability statement indicating your ability to accomplish the statement of work, supported by evidence such as past performance, certifications, etc. See attached draft Statement of Work for more details.
