Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government answers to Bidder Inquiries and a revision to Section 3.3.2 No Work Stages of the specifications. Also, this amendment will remove DFARS Clause 252.215-7009 and add FAR Clause 52.222-34 as a full text. Response deadline of

01 June 2026 at 10am CST will not be extended. All other Terms and Conditions will remain unchanged. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to furnish all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all operations in connection with the repair of existing or construction of new stone structures, revetments, notching or removal of existing structures, and appurtenant work in accordance with this section of the specifications and the applicable drawings. The work consists of modifying and constructing river training structures in the Mississippi River near Herculaneum, Missouri and Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. The work is spread across two separate ten-mile reaches of the Mississippi River and includes modifying 44 structures and constructing two new structures entirely from recycled stone from the modified structures. In general, dike modification refers to some form of degradation, removal, and/or relocation of Graded Stone A, which is 5,000-pound top-size. Furnishment of new stone material will not be required for the work. The work is anticipated to be accomplished with traditional river marine construction equipment, such as floating plant and barge mounted crane. ABRIELLE CAMPBELL
