The Army Open Solicitation (AOS) aims to support all Army Mission Areas by acquiring innovative solutions using commercial technology advancements and research and development. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground is interested in maximizing existing authorities to rapidly deliver solutions to the Warfighter.
Scope & Requirements
The AOS will enable the Army to acquire innovative solutions that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, and provide technological advancements through various competitive procedures and authorities.

The revision provides an update to the Active Capability Gap (ACG) mailboxes listed under Section J - Contracting Information. Additionally, Request for Information (RFIs) will at times be posted under "Links" to create more awareness to AOS interested vendors. RFIs posted under AOS are for market research purposes only and the Government has no obligation to post a subsequent Call for Solution under AOS for the requirement.
