Vendors are advised that VA reorganization may necessitate adding additional locations to, or deleting existing locations from, this contract in the future. Any such additions and/or deletions will be completed by bilateral modification. The facilities mentioned may have other sampling needs that may need to be facilitated as well such as Heterotrophic Plate Count analysis for Dental Clinics and Cooling Towers as well as other water testing

requirements. The contract will be awarded as a five-year ordering period, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Contractor shall perform sampling and analysis following best practices to meet the
