10 August 2026 (see solicitation for actual due date). Offerors are encouraged to check the sam.gov website on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation. The solicitation contains a provision entitled 'Reverse Auction,' which allows for the use of reverse auction as a

pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the

contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction.
