NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is issuing a solicitation under small business set aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 15 Contract by Negotiation to provide The , Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Operations Directorate, Headquarters, Safety (CNIC HQ Safety) with training in basic and advanced motorcycle safety classes; basic off-road vehicle safety classes, and driver improvement classes at locations throughout the CONUS, Guam and Hawaii. Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with Sections L and M in the attached solicitation N0024426RS003 by the closing date and time of this solicitation. The applicable North American industry System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611692 Automobile Driving Schools. Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
