Child and Youth Summer Camp Services

The Massachusetts Army National Guard has a requirement to provide services to conduct a Family Programs Summer Camp within 45 miles of Berkshire County, Massachusetts (with the camp physically located in MA). The

Period of Performance (PoP) is Sunday August 16, 2026, to Saturday August 22, 2026. The contractor shall provide overnight accommodation for the duration of the PoP, as defined in the attached PWS. IMPORTANT: All quoters must read and adhere to the detailed instructions provided in the "Addendum to 52.212-1 -

Instructions to Offerors" contained within the solicitation package. This addendum provides specific

requirements for quote preparation, content, and submission that are essential for a quote to be considered for award. Submission and Award Information: Quote Submission: All quotes must be submitted via email to both Melissa Melcher Lars Bernard at the email addresses listed in the

Point of Contact section of this solicitation. Quote Deadline: The closing date and time are specified in Block 8 of the attached SF1449. Late submissions will not be evaluated.
