The BPA can be utilized on all Forests and Grasslands and is available for all federal agencies to utilize. The USDA Forest Service (USFS) intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the LMIR BPA for 127EAV26Q0069 – Kiowa Grasslands Heritage Survey Cibola National Forest.
