The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering necessary to complete replacement work of fire hydrant and drain gate valves at the Pump Station No. 1, Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Hachinohe fuel terminal in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the NAVFAC drawings attached to this solicitation. Requirements: For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall: Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and Have a Japanese bank account in order to receive payment via DFAS Japan.
