A. Instructions to Responding Vendors: Vendors shall provide a capabilities statement that addresses their ability to deliver the entire system as a turnkey solution. For each line item listed in Section B, vendors must provide the following: Availability: Confirmation that the exact item is available. If not, provide the current equivalent Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) model/part.
