THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT WAS TO UPDATE THE PSC CODE ON CLIN0001 TO Z1BD. REPAIR AIRFIELD ASPALT CRACKS: THE RESULT OF THIS PROJECT IS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL NETWORK OF AIRFIELD PAVEMENTS THAT MEET OR EXCEED FAA AND DOD STANDARDS WITH MATERIALS RECOMMENDED BY THE AIR FORCE CIVIL ENGINEER CENTER FOR THE LOCAL AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED BY TECHNICIANS WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE WORKING ON AIRFIELD ASPHALT PAVEMENTS AND CERTIFIED AS REQUIRED IN UFGS 32-12-15.13 ASPHALT PAVING FOR AIRFIELDS REFERENCE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR PROJECT DETAILS. WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHED. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000. PAYMENT, PERFORMANCE, AND BID BONDS ARE REQUIRED. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE AND PROOF OF EXPERIENCE. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 28, 2026 AT 10:00 AM.
