Description

The U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to award a sole source purchase order to OSYS Concepts Pte Ltd, Singapore, for the supply, delivery, and installation of customized commercial .S. Naval Medical Research Unit Indo Pacific (NAMRU IP), located at PSA Sembawang Terminal, Singapore. The requirement includes the supply, delivery, and installation of customized commercial , including conference room furniture, visitor seating, lounge furniture, executive , storage cabinets, display cabinets, podiums, coffee tables, and related . The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, installation, and a minimum one-year warranty for parts servicing. Delivery and installation shall be completed within five (5) weeks after receipt of award. The estimated value of this acquisition is SGD 46,871.09, inclusive of 9% GST. Performance includes on-site delivery and installation in Singapore. Accordingly, interested sources shall be legally authorized to conduct business in Singapore and possess all licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals required under applicable Singapore laws and regulations to perform the required work. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), as the
