Modernized Enterprise Electronic Freedom of Information Act (eFOIA) SaaS Solution US Department of Veterans Affairs Request for Information/Sources Sought VA-26-00037131 Modernized Enterprise Electronic Freedom of Information Act (eFOIA) SaaS Solution This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotations, or a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy and Product Description. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. This is an RFI/Sources Sought only. Do not submit a proposal or quote. It is requested that all companies interested in participating in this effort please note their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.

Requirements: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) is soliciting for information related to the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested parties are invited to review the attached PWS and to make comments or suggestions. The goal of this RFI is to provide a procurement framework that may be used for a subsequent acquisition. Nothing in this document should be considered binding or in any way obligate VA to perform. VA welcomes comments on any part of this document. For project planning and information gathering, the Draft PWS is attached which defines the scope of

requirements. Information obtained from this RFI will be used within the VA and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please submit the following: 1. Your organization s capability to provide the entire range of

requirements. Specifically, please provide a brief summary of your technical approach to meet the
