This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside The Indian Health Center, Inscription House Health Center located at Highway 98, Navajo Route 16 Shonto AZ, 86054 has a requirement for a dental vacuum pump and installation. The

period of performance shall be one year from date of award. The Government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government, considering evaluation factors such as technical capability, price, and product warranty, as detailed in the Section E of the solicitation document. Requirements 1. Price Quote (Required – Standalone Document) The offeror shall provide a separate, standalone price quote document. The use of government forms (e.g., SF
