Description

in a “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Can you kindly quote this all-inclusive requirement in my name with the current date and lead time. Please offer BSA any discounts available for your best price. A resulting Purchase Order will be designated as Fiscal Year-End Sensitive. Delivery is required on or before September 18, 2026, as Fiscal Year 2026 funding to expire if delivery is not completed by the required date. A resulting Purchase Order will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. The quoted prices shall constitute the Offeror's complete and final

pricing and shall not be subject to escalation, adjustment, or renegotiation due to increases in material costs, component shortages, manufacturer price increases, supply chain disruptions, or any other market conditions occurring after award. Items to be quoted as per Enclos­ure A (Draft PO):

2) Option Quantity: Up to two (2) additional EIC CPU Servers identical to Line Item 01. The option quantity shall be provided under the same configuration and specifications as Line Item 01. BSA may exercise this option, in whole or in part, at its unilateral discretion at the time of Purchase Order award - QTY Up to 2 / EA The parts or model numbers are listed for reference purposes only. Any alternate products being offered shall have equivalent, or greater, performance parameters to those specified. Suppliers that are offering alternate products shall list the manufacturer, model, and part numbers for the product. When quoting an alternate product, please provide sufficient documentation to permit thorough evaluation of the equivalency of your offer to the product specified. BSA reserves the right to determine equivalency.
