Lighting Replacement at Oakland Air Route Traffic Control Center

The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, EnRoute Construction Branch has a need to replace lighting within the Test and Training Laboratory at the Oakland Air Route Traffic Contol Center in Fremont, California. The estimated construction magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Please see the attached Request for Offers (RFO) package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Site visit attendees will meet with Mr. Hiep Tran at the Oakland ARTCC Guard Station located at 5125 Central Avenue, Fremont, CA. 94536. Please have REAL- compliant identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Pacific Time on Monday, June 8, 2026. Prospective offerors shall email the names of all site visit attendees to both [email protected] AND [email protected]. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to [email protected] no later than noon Pacific Time on Friday, June 12, 2026. Responses to RFIs will be provided in writing via solicitation amendment only. No RFIs will be answered at the site visit.
