This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FY261222006. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for LAN HVAC Replacement at El Paso, HQ, 4191 N. Mesa, El Paso, TX 79902. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Only offers from Small Businesses will be considered for this solicitation. The associated North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Product of Service Code for this requirement is N041–Installation of Equipment-Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $19.0 Million. Services shall be quoted ALL or NONE as per CLIN structure and SOW attached.
