The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Ronceverte Delineated Area: North – Intersection of Interstate 64 and Route 219 West – Fairview Road / North Court Street / Washington Street W / Church Street / Old Powell Road/ Houfnaggle Road / Davis Stuart Road South – WV 219 / WV 63 / Davis Stuart Road East – Greenbrier River / Interstate 64 Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 5,000 Maximum Net Usable Sq. Ft. 5,000 Space Type: Clinical Based Outpatient Center Parking Spaces (Total): 40 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Occupancy Required By: 5/2/2027 NOTE: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. A Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) may be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs at a later date. The U.S. Government currently occupies , West Virginia for 5,000 rentable square feet (RSF) expiring May 2nd, 2027. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s

requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 40 on-site parking spaces. The preferred space will be first floor contiguous but will be considered non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
