Capability Statement (limited to ten pages), describing how your company meets the below
objectives providing additional proof (such as FDA approval and locations where a system is currently installed & maintained) where appropriate. Our customer, the Logistics Department, Clinical Engineering Division, Biomedical Engineering Services section, requires repair and maintenance services of two (2) Mobile Radiology O-Arms used for navigating spine hardware placement, biopsies, places shunts, and laser catheters for clinicians during surgical procedures. The repair and maintance will be performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and quality control policies and procedures for Medtronic O-Arms Serial #s C2329 and C2821. The services will consist of: Unlimited repairs, labor, travel and parts replacement. Semi-annual and annual maintenance. All repairs shall be done by OEM qualified / authorized technicians.
