Sole Source Repair and Maintenance for CardioQuip Medical Equipment

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to CardioQuip, LLC, for preventative maintenance services as they are the sole manufacturer, and no longer support third-party maintenance on their devices nor do they offer third party training on their devices. Due to these restrictions this requirement must be sole sourced to CardioQuip, and no authorized third parties can provide the scope repair services and OEM parts that can satisfy this requirement. A draft performance work statement is attached.
