Due to these restrictions this requirement must be sole sourced to CardioQuip, and no authorized third parties can provide the scope repair services and OEM parts that can satisfy this requirement. A draft performance work statement is attached. If you believe that your company is capable and authorized to perform these services in accordance with the performance work statement, please provide your information and capability along with an authorization letter from CardioQuip PM Services by responding to [email protected] no later than April 6, 2026, by 10 A.M.
