: NIST-SS26-CHIPS-81 Title: Lock-In Amplifier Response Date: March 23,2026 The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research and identify potential sources of commercial products/services that satisfy the Government’s anticipated needs.

BACKGROUND We require a lock-in amplifier and arbitrary waveform generator to create signals for a laser doppler vibrometer measurement setup. These devices will produce signals and demodulate them to measure the electrical response associated with surface vibrations in acoustic filter devices. The working principle of the lock-in amplifier relies on demodulation or phase-sensitive detection. The arbitrary waveform generator produces electrical signals of arbitrary shape. The complexity of the signal is defined by the number of samples per second the devices can produce. NIST is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing a solution that will achieve the

objectives described above, in addition to the following essential
