This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, dated

Vendor shall provide an all-or-nothing quote. 10. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror, that is deemed technical acceptable. The Contractor shall provide a TOTAL FIRM FIXED PRICE WITH INSPECTION FEE for all necessary equipment and shipping cost to addresses shown under delivery. Vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov prior to quote submittal. Each Offeror’s record in SAM will be reviewed prior to award. Award will not be made to any offeror who has any adverse financial information or exclusions. 11.
