Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Precision Laboratory and Instrument Equipment

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single‑award contract for a Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement covering ICP‑OES and ICP‑MS instruments and associated accessories. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This requirement will be solicited on a Full and Open basis. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34 million. The (PSC) is J066. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or around March 12, 2026. Performance is tentatively expected to begin on May 5, 2026. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site: https://sam.gov under the solicitation number N4215826QN011.
