2) Set-aside: Requirement is 100% total set-aside for Small Businesses based on NAICS code 561730 Landscaping Services. Contractors shall be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) under the appropriate NAICS code.3) Description: Work consists of performing tree services including but not limited to pruning, grinding, chipping, felling, cutting and removal of all hazardous trees predetermined and identified by the park. Place of Contract Performance. Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts located at 1551 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182. The anticipated

period of performance is from date of award to 365 days after award.4) This solicitation will follow procedures under FAR part 12 using simplified procedures (RFO 12.201-1). All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Offerors must meet the technical acceptability

requirements for hazardous tree removal as described in FAR 52.212-2. Prospective Offerors must be registered and must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at http://www.sam.gov.5) The Government anticipates one (1) firm-fixed priced award resulting from this solicitation. Award resulting from this solicitation shall ensure compliance with Attachment 3 - DOL Wage Determination No. 2015-4281 Rev 37 dated 05-14-2026.6) Quote must include: a) a completed and signed SF1449 b) acknowledgement of all RFQ amendments c) completed price sheet (Section B Price Schedule) d) evaluation factors as outlined in 52.212-27) Quotes are due by 12:00PM ED on June 24, 2026, via email to [email protected]
