Offerors must submit one firm fixed price quote for all the items included in this requirement. Partial quotes may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received via email listed in the solicitation. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or at any location other than by email will be considered to be late and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price delivery order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability shall consist of a quote which conforms to the specific

requirements of the Salient Characteristics in this RFQ and does not present a high level of item, price or supplier risk. DFARS provision 252.204.7024 is hereby included in this RFQ and will be considered in making the risk assessment. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation for the three separate vehicles descripted in the SOO.
