BACKGROUND: This is for a new IDIQ for laundry and dry cleaning services to include delivery and pick-up to the locations listed above. 4. DESCRIPTION: NAICS 812320 – Dry cleaning and Laundry Services (except coin operated), PSC S209 – Laundry and Dry cleaning Services. See DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
