Scope of Work is included in specification section 01 11 00 Summary of Work. The work includes but is not limited to, demolition of existing features to include stoops, siding, pavement, doors, etc.; civil site work to include grading, asphalt paving, erosion control and utility installation; concrete placement, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) repair, door installations, window and louver screen repair, electrical and mechanical system installation, as prescribed in the solicitation documents. The work shall include all direct and indirect costs including profit, risk and contingency to perform the scopes of work included in this solicitation.
