Dear Prospective Quoter: Subject: Solicitation No:19PK4026Q5009 Exterior Facade Repair Amendment 2: 1- To amend contractor proposal submission date from July 27 2026, to August 7 2026, 1500hrs. Amendment 1: 1- To amend contractor proposal submission date from July 15 2026, to July 27 2026, 1500hrs. 2- To amend site visit date from June 30 2026, to July 8th, 2026, at 11:00hrs Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Exterior Façade Repair for US Consulate General Karachi. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J & K of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-bid site visit on June 30th, 2026, at 11:00am (Pakistan standard time).
