NO GREY MARKET ITEMS AS ALL ITEMS/MATERIAL MUST BE NEW The Contract Line Items (CLINs) is as follows: CLIN 0001-6128C091 SERVOACTUATOR - HYDRAULIC SERVOACTUATOR, MOOG MODEL # -010-237 A MFR PART#: CA84727 QTY: 3 U/I: EACH The requirement will be solicited and awarded as Other than Full and Open Competition – Sole Sourced to Moog, Inc. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 333612 Speed Changer, Industrial High-Speed Drive, and Gear Manufacturing with a size standard of 1500 employees. The is 3010. Award will be made based on the technical acceptability and price reasonableness. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01and DFARS Change Notice 5/7/2026.
