This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Requirements: The contractor shall provide the tactical gear and accessories strictly in accordance with the attached Equipment List. Quotes must be submitted on an "all or none" basis. Partial quotes will not be accepted.
