A Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for brand name was originally posted with the solicitation posted on December 02, 2025, as Attachment 2 674-22-805 Specifications. The JOFOC starts on Page 419 of the attachment, as Attachment 7: Request for Sole Source Justification Format >SAT. A final approved JOFOC is anticipated and will be provided in a separate solicitation amendment.
