Contracting Office (CISA/COCO) intends to procure on a sole source basis a Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) Membership. CISA requires annual membership service with WBA to support the Emergency Communications Division’s (ECD) mission. This membership service will enable ECD collaboration with vendors, service providers, and ecosystem partners to advance interoperability between Wi-Fi and cellular networks in support of Multimedia Priority Services (MPS). The anticipated

period of performance is from date of award to December 31, 2029. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
