Air Advisor Academic Support at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst

This acquisition is a procurement for the Air Advisor Academic Support services in support of the Expeditionary Center (EC) at support Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ (JB MDL). The Contractor shall furnish on-site academic instructors, registrar management, and training support services to enhance the EC’s education and training mission across multiple AAA courses, including the Air Advisor Initial Qualification Course, Air Advisor Senior Leader Course, and the Air Advisor Mission Commander/Team Sergeant Qualification Course. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all, labor, and material required by the specifications to perform a complete and permanent job to adequately fulfill the intent of these specifications and to deliver a work that is fit for its intended purpose. The

period of performance is one base period of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The solicitation will be issued as a SDVOSB owned small business set-aside. The Government is contemplating the award of a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. Award of a FFP contract from the solicitation will be made on the basis of Best Value to the Government using price and past performance as evaluation factors with past performance being more important than price. The Government reserves the right to award a contract other than the lowest price offeror. The North American Industry System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 with a size standard of $17 million.
