(ABOA): 3.500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Adjacent to space Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 8 Option Term: N/A Additional

Requirements: If Warehouse: -Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller tan an 8’H X10’W and one door for pedestrian access. -Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot. If Parking Garage: -Parking spaces must be contiguous -Ability to install a secure cage around the parking spaces with vehicle and pedestrian gates/doors. -Available fiber and power to the area.
