This notice is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quotations. No responses are requested at this time. The U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan, intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19TX1026Q0004 on or about June 5, 2026, via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website and on https://tm.usembassy.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the RFQ is released. The United States Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan requires services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators at the New Embassy Compound (NEC), Archabil #28 Street, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract/purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. The Government may award the contract based on initial quotations without discussion. Important Notice: All contractors must be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
