This action is to establish a contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat, also known as the Ejection Seat Shell. The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
